Free Running Seminar at the Sudbury

Sudbury Rocks! A crowd of over 100 people
attended a Free Running Seminar at the Sudbury Y. In addition to the
Sudbury Rocks Running group, the Sudbury masters and many new runners
joined in the evening of information, food and fun. John Stanton, Refton
Blair, Donna Smrek and Annik Ledo provided some tips on running and
an overview of the training clinics. Special thanks to Vince Perdue
for his help in organizing this fun and informative event leaving everyone
inspired to run the trails in Sudbury. Watch for details on the opening
of the Sudbury store in the next issue.
