BOBCAT COORDINATOR AND LEADERS NEEDED

We need a Program Coordinator for our Bobcat track and field program for elementary school kids. We also need some group leaders for the program.

THE PROGRAM

The program runs from Monday May 4th to Thursday June 18th (6 weeks). There are daily practices, Monday through Thursday for 75 minutes per session (6:00 PM to 7:15 PM).

You can get more information about the program from our website at:
http://www.angelfire.com/on4/tnac/bobcat.html

RESPONSIBILITIES
The coordinator is in charge of planning daily practices and ensuring there are enough group leaders to cover each session. The coordinator takes care of work records, parent liaison is also paid for planning and phone call time. Program manuals from past years are available and last year's coordinator, Meghan Juuti has said she'd be happy to consult with this year's coordinator.

This year will hold special challenges because the 400m track will be under construction. Sessions will be held on the 200m track, Loach's Trail and nearby fields.

PAY
The coordinator will be paid $12.00 per hour ($15 per session). Group leaders will be paid $10/hour ($12.50 per session).

If interested, please reply to this email ASAP! rmoss@peupdate.com

Dick

P.S. Remember, if you are currently training, your Mon/Wed workouts may conflict with the 6:00 PM Bobcat start.

P.S. Depending on funding and the coordinator's interest, we may also be able to add other work to the coordinator's job, including meet director of the Firecracker 5k road race, and concession booth worker.
