Thinking
of making a New Year's resolution of your own?
Just follow these quick tips:
Be Specific
and Measurable. 'Running faster' is
a good goal, however, try making it more specific,
like taking off 5 minutes from your 10k time - this
way, you will also know when you have attained your
goal.
Be Realistic. Set
goals that push your limits, but are still within
those limits.
Have a Timeframe.
This will help you avoid procrastination and get out
the door.
Make them adjustable. Even
with the most organized of plans, life can sometimes
get in the way. Make sure you are able to adjust your
goals so they are still motivating and realistic.
